首次就诊从交谈开始。Claire会询问您的症状、病史以及希望解决的问题。这个问诊约需10到15分钟，帮助她全面了解您的状况。
然后她会为您选择最合适的疗法组合。可能是单独针灸，拔罐加推拿，或针对寒证的艾灸，或任何适合您情况的组合。您无需从菜单中选择。Claire负责诊断并决定最佳方案。
治疗本身持续45到60分钟。大多数人在疗程中感到深度放松，并在24到48小时内注意到变化。有些状况一次就能改善，其他则需要间隔几天的多次疗程。
请穿着宽松舒适的衣物。避免在疗程前大量进食。请提前几分钟到达，以便从容安顿。
